Kalkulator (m/w/d) im technischen Facility Management – München

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Kalkulation und Zusammenstellung von Angeboten im technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Personal- und Kundenkonzepten
  • Datenpflege im CRM-System (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Lieferantenanfragen bearbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Techniker oder Meister (Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik) mit operativer Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Microsoft 365-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Kenntnisse in GAEB Applikationen wünschenswert
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibel und belastbar
