  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungen einschließlich Chancen- und Risikoanalyse.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung im Ingenieur- und Brückenbau.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Nachträgen sowie technischen Optimierungsvorschlägen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einkauf und externen Partnern.
  • Auswertung und Bewertung eingehender Nachunternehmerangebote.
  • Anfertigung von Arbeits- und Nachtragskalkulationen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Bauleitung.
  • Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht sowie im Umgang mit baurelevanten Regelwerken.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Anwendungen und der VOB A, B und C.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
