# Kalkulator (m/w/d) für den schlüsselfertigen Industrie- und Gewerbebau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten für schlüsselfertige Industrie- und Gewerbebauten
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise von regionalen und überregionalen Kunden
  • Kundenberatung und technische Unterstützung im Rahmen der Angebotsphase
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungen, Planunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Entwicklung von Gebäudekonzepten unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern zur Angebots- und Kostenoptimierung

## Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. als Techniker)
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation und/oder im Vertrieb von schlüsselfertigen Bauprojekten ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in bautechnischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
