## Was Sie erwartet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Großprojekte in der Angebotsphase
  • Auswahl, Bewertung und Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern; Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften
  • Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Gründungs-, Baugruben- und Komplettlösungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Risiken
  • Erarbeitung fundierter Kalkulationen als Grundlage für eine wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Projektrealisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern zur Optimierung der Angebotsstrategien

## Wie Sie uns überzeugen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (TU/TH/FH)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Kalkulation und Bearbeitung von Großprojekten im Spezialtiefbau
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von RIB iTWO
