## Ihre Aufgaben:
- Prüfen von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Mitwirkung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Planern und Partnern in der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase
- Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen anhand von Baukennzahlen und Erfahrungswerten
- Ermittlung der Leistungsmengen / Bausoll, Kalkulationsgrundlagen und Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
- Erarbeiten von Sondervorschlägen und Erstellung des Angebotes nebst Anschreiben
- Übergabe der Kalkulation im Auftragsfalle an das Projektteam mit Checkliste, Kennzahlen und Bezugswerten
- Begleitung des Projektteams bis zur Projektübergabe
## Ihr Profil:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Erfahrungen in der Bauleitung von Rohbau- und/oder Schlüsselfertigbaumaßnahmen
- Ausreichende Kenntnisse in der EDV, MS-Office und Kalkulations- und Massenermittlungssoftware
- Sie sind kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiert, teamfähig und zeichnen sich durch ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortung sowie Einsatzbereitschaft aus
