### Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du bist für die Analyse und Bewertung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Anfragen zuständig
  • Du verantwortest die Angebotskalkulation im allgemeinen Tiefbau, Kanalbau, Kabelbau und Rohrleitungsbau
  • Du erstellst Massenüberprüfungen, Kostenermittlungen und Nebenangebote
  • Du bist für Leistungsverzeichnisse und Auftrags- und Nachtragskalkulation zuständig
  • Du pflegst die Kalkulationsbausteine
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den technischen Abteilungen

### Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich des Bauingenieurwesens, beispielsweise als Bautechniker (m/w/d), oder eine durch Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Tiefbau
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse mit fachspezifischer Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationssoftware, vorzugsweise BRZ
  • Du kennst dich mit den aktuellen Preis- und Leistungsansätzen aus
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich lokaler Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten mit
  • Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse im Bauvertragswesen (VOB)
  • Deine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist durch überdurchschnittliches Engagement und analytischen Denken geprägt
