  • Kalkulation von Industriebauten und Stahlbauprojekten
  • Erstellen von Massen- und Kostenermittlung gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis oder Pauschal-Preisanfrage
  • Kostenermittlung für Bauleistungen durch eigene Berechnungen und Preisanfragen bei Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
  • Technische Klärung zur Ausarbeitung der Angebote
  • Aufzeigen von Alternativen in der Kalkulation
  • Lesen und prüfen von Vergabeunterlagen, herausarbeiten von Vertragsbesonderheiten
  • Teilnahme an Vergabegesprächen und Präsentationen
  • Auftragsmanagement mit Kunden und Lieferanten

 Was wir erwarten: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TU) des Bauingenieurwesens, staatlich geprüfter Techniker der Fachrichtung Hochbau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zahlenaffinität, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • fundierte EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Ausschreibungssoftware)
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verbundenheit zum Handwerk
