Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten suchen wir im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung einen Kalkulator Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbau (m/w/d) für den Raum Frankfurt am Main. Es erwartet Sie ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, ein attraktives Vergütungsmodell und ein verantwortungsvolles Aufgabengebiet mit gutem Betriebsklima.

  • Aufgabe:
  • Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen für Bauprojekte im Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Ermittllung der Kosten für Bauleistungen durch eigene Berechnungen sowie durch Einholen und Auswerten von Preisanfragen
  • Erarbeitung und Kalkulation von alternativen Sondervorschlägen zur Optimierung der Projekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachingenieuren und Planern während der Kalkulationsphase
  • Erstellung der Massen- und Mengenermittlung zur genauen Projektplanung
  • Qualifikation:
  • Sie sind Bauingenieur, Architekt, Hochbaumeister oder Techniker. Auch ein Quereinstieg aus der Projektleitung ist möglich.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Integrität, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt zeichnen Sie aus. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Selbstorganisation, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Engagement.
  • Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Unternehmens.
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und haben Kenntnisse mit Kalkulationssoftware wie zum Beispiel Nevaris-Build.
