Kalkulator und Ingenieur (m/w/d) TGA / HKLS (m/w/d)

Für anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung / HKLS suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit technischem Hintergrund und Führungskompetenz.

Ihre Aufgaben

🔧 Kalkulierung & Steuerung

Sie übernehmen die Leitung und Koordination von HKLS-Projekten und behalten Termine, Kosten und Qualität zuverlässig im Blick.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Kalkulierung und Steuerung von HKLS-Projekten
  • Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektbudgets
  • Risiko- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Steuerung der HKLS-Fachplanung in allen Leistungsphasen
  • Abstimmung mit Architekten, Tragwerksplanern und weiteren TGA-Gewerken
  • Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Koordination von Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Projektteams

Ihr Profil

✅ Das bringen Sie mit

  • Meister-, Techniker- oder Ingenieurabschluss im Bereich HKLS / TGA / Versorgungstechnik
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulierung und Steuerung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen sowie in der VOB
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Organisationstalent und Führungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
