Stellenangebot – Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumeister/in (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Festlegung des Reparaturwegs in enger Abstimmung mit Serviceberatern und Kunden
  • Fachgerechte Schadensdiagnose sowie Planung und Überwachung der Instandsetzungsarbeiten unter Beachtung der Herstellervorgaben
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle von Karosserie- und Strukturreparaturen
  • Richtarbeiten sowie Fahrzeugvermessungen mit modernen Messsystemen
  • Austausch und Instandsetzung von Montage- und Strukturteilen
  • Vorbereitung der Fahrzeuge für das Lackfinish
  • Aus- und Umrüstung von Fahrzeugen mit Zubehör und Sonderausstattungen
  • Durchführung von Fahrzeugverglasungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Werkstattorganisation sowie Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Anleitung sowie Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung von Auszubildenden im Bereich Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbautechnik

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumeister/in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Karosserie- und Fahrzeugtechnik
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im automobilen Markenwerkstattumfeld, vorzugsweise Ford
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Schweiß-, Richt- und Klebetechniken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Software- und Diagnosesystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
