Wir sind auf der Suche nach einen Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit Personalwesen in unbefristeter Vollzeitstelle (40Std.)

Der Einsatzort beschränkt sich auf unseren Stammsitz in Tüßling.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operatives Tagesgeschäft: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banken, Anlagenbuchhaltung).
  • Abschlusssicherheit: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Zukunftsausrichtung: Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Prozesse.
  • Vorbereitung auf die Führung: Schrittweise Übernahme von ersten Leitungsaufgaben (z.B. Stellvertretung, fachliche Führung von Kollegen).

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Mindset: Erste Erfahrung in der (stellvertretenden) Teamleitung oder die klare Motivation und das Potenzial, den Schritt in die Führungsebene zu gehen.
  • Skills: Ein strukturierter, lösungsorientierter und durchsetzungsstarker Arbeitsstil zeichnet dich aus.
