Ihre Aufgaben:
Bedienen der Kasse und Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen
Betreuung unserer Selbstbedienungskasse (SB-Kasse)
Freundliche Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
Erteilen von Auskünften an der Information
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rückgaben
Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Abläufen im Kassenbereich
Telefondienst
Ihr Profil:
Erfahrung im Kassenbereich oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil
Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
