Für unseren Store in Hamburg sind wir auf der Suche nach einem

Kundenberater (m/w/d)

mit besonderen Sprachkenntnissen in Spanisch, Portugiesisch (brasilianisch), Tagalog oder eine

andere Fremdsprache. Primär bist du Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei der Durchführung und

Abwicklung von Geldtransfers.

Deine Aufgaben

Verkauf der Money Exchange Produkte Produkte (Geldtransfer & Geldwechsel)

Kasseneinzahlungen

Kompetente Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden

Beachtung der Regelungen und Vorgehensweisen von Money Exchange Deutschland

GmbH im Bezug auf die Sicherheit und die Bekämpfung der Geldwäsche

Mitwirkung an Promotionaktionen und Kundenakquise

Storeöffnung und -schließung

Dein Profil

Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Kassieren gesammelt, z.B. als Verkäufer\*in

oder Kassierer\*in.

Du bewältigst Stressituationen ohne große Schwierigkeiten, du bist teamfähig sowie

dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiert.

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sollten selbstverständlich sein.

Muttersprachliche oder gute Kenntnisse in Spanisch, Portugiesisch (brasilianisch),

Tagalog oder eine andere Fremdsprache sind von Vorteil.

Grundkenntnisse in PC-Anwendungen (MS Office).

Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen.
