  • Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Verkauf und Beratung rund um unsere Ticketangebote
  • Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung unserer Gäste vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei Online-Buchungen und Webshop-Anfragen
  • Durchführung des täglichen Kassenabschlusses
  • Verantwortung für Wechselgeld und Keycard-Bestand
  • Bearbeitung von Gästerückfragen und Reklamationen im Kassenbereich
  • Abwicklung Skidepot (standortabhängig)
  • Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder Kassenbereich von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse notwendig
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu Diensten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Mindestverdienst: 2.599,00 € brutto pro Monat laut aktuellem Kollektivvertrag für Bedienstete der Österreichischen Seilbahnen. Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung selbstverständlich möglich.
