Deine spannenden Aufgaben:

  • Vertretung der Erstkassa
  • Sicherstellung für den reibungslosen Kassiervorgang
  • Abschließende Anlaufstelle für den positiven Kundenkontakt
  • Kassenvorbereitung sowie Kassenabrechnung
  • Bearbeitung der Warenrückgaben sowie Tresor und Tages-bzw. Kassenabschluss
  • Vorbildfunktion für Dein Team sowie klare und transparente Kommunikation

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Führungserfahrung - Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen und erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung im Handel (Groß- oder Einzelhandel)
  • Fachkenntnis - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem technischen Beruf
  • Kommunikationstalent - Teamplayer mit Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
  • Kundenmagnet - Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Erfahrung im Verkauf
  • Technikaffinität - Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (vorzugsweise mit SAP)

Du bist der Grundstein für jedes Projekt und wir sorgen für das richtige Fundament. Bei HORNBACH orientieren wir uns an Dir, darum klären wir Deine individuelle Bezahlung in einem persönlichen Gespräch. Das Einstiegsgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag für 38,5 Stunden liegt zwischen € 2.535,00 und € 2.986,00 brutto pro Monat (je nach Ausbildung und Berufsjahren). Lass uns reden!
