Wir suchen eine engagierte Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d), die unser Team bei der Betreuung unserer Kund:innen unterstützt. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die individuelle Analyse von Versicherungs- und Finanzprodukten, die Erstellung von Angeboten sowie die Betreuung unserer Kundschaft. Sie arbeiten eigenständig und sind gleichzeitig Teil eines professionellen Teams, das Wert auf exzellenten Kundenservice legt.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von individuellen Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen
  • Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Schadenregulierung und -bearbeitung
  • Organisation und Dokumentation der Kundenkommunikation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungsgesellschaften und Partnern

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Organisationstalent
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Serviceorientierung
