Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Terminplanung und Organisation des Praxisalltags
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Bearbeitung von Heilmittelverordnungen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Therapeutenteam
  • Pflege der Patientenakten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Praxismanagement oder Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, empathisches und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Kenntnisse in THEORG sind ein klares Plus, bei Vorerfahrung in der Physiotherapie aber kein Muss
