Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihren Bereich nach Ihren Vorstellungen zu gestalten und Schulungen zu besuchen!

  • Aufgaben:
  • -Empfangen und Betreuen von Kunden, Gästen und Lieferanten
  • -Angebote, Rechnungen und Lieferscheine erstellen
  • -Rechnungsprüfung, Rechnungserfassung & Zahlungsverkehr
  • -Überwachung von Lieferterminen
  • -Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern
  • -Allgemeine schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz
  • Profil:
  • -Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • -Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • -Englischkenntnisse
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office -Programmen
  • -Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte, organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Grundkenntnisse in Datev und Buchhaltung wünschenswert
  • -Grundkenntnisse in Lexware Premium financial office wünschenswert
  • -Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten
