Kauffrau/Kaufmann (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Industrie/Großhandel

Wir suchen eine engagierte, organisierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unser Team unterstützt.Idealerweise in der Auftragsabwicklung.

Gehalt: Brutto Mtl. 3.200,00 – 3.400,00

Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen in SAP
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen bis zur Lieferung an den Kunden
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Umgang mit Fracht- und Versanddokumenten
  • Allgemeines kaufmännisches Verständnis und Erfahrung im Großhandel
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse  und Polnischkenntnisse. 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen rund um Einkauf, Verkauf und Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Unsere Firma gehört zu den größten Herstellern von Hochspannungskabeln. Wir vertreiben unsere Produkte in Deutschland an zahlreiche Kunden.

Daher ist es für uns besonders wichtig, dass die gesuchte Person über fundierte kaufmännische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung verfügt.
