Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Bürokraft mit technischem Verständnis, (m/w/d) in Teilzeit ca. 30 h/Woche, die kaufmännische Aufgaben im Bereich der Warenwirtschaft zur Vorbereitung der Kabelkonfektion unseres Unternehmens übernimmt!
### Ihre Aufgaben:
- allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
- telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Bestellwesen
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
- Durchführung von allgemeinen bürospezifischen Aufgaben
- Stammdatenpflege
### Ihr Profil:
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- strukturierte, selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- EDV-Kenntnisse
Es handelt sich um ein vorerst befristetes Arbeitsverhältnis.
