Zur Verstärkung unserer Niederlassung in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) Seefracht Export in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Selbständige Export-Abwicklung von der Auftragsannahme,
  • Ratenverhandlungen mit Reedereien
  • Reservierung von Frachtraum
  • Koordination der Transporte mit Reedern und anderen Dienstleistern
  • Telefonischer, schriftlicher Kundenservice und Kontakt zu unseren Auslandsniederlassungen
  • Rechnungs- und Dokumentenerstellung
  • Zollabwicklung im Seefracht Export

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Export
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office sowie einem TMS System
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
