Deine Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Personalbereichs
  • Vorbereitung und Organisation des BEM-Prozesses
  • Aufbereitung und Pflege von Personaldaten (Excel, MS Office, SAP etc.)
  • Vorbereitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie ggf. punktuelle Teilnahme und Protokollierung
  • Entlastung der Referent:innen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Zuarbeiten für die Bereichsleitung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Personalbereich ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP (vorzugsweise SAP HCM)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
