Ihre Aufgaben:

Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (Telefon/E-Mail)

Sendungsverfolgung und Statusupdates für Kunden

Proaktive Information bei Verzögerungen oder Problemen

Enge Abstimmung mit Disposition 

Pflege von Kundenkontakten und Kommunikationshistorie

Dokumentation von Lieferscheinen, Frachtpapieren, Containerdaten

Kontrolle von Eingangs- und Ausgangsdokumenten

Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsstellung

Reklamationsmanagement (Erstaufnahme und Koordination)

Erwartet werden verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Rumänischekenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung.

Die Position ist für berufserfahrene Bewerber (m/w/d) genauso geeignet, wie für Berufsanfänger.

Reguläre Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Fr. 08.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr
