  • Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Annahme von Anrufen und Kommunikation mit den Kunden
  • Angebote und Rechnungen schreiben
  • Kundenbetreuung und Auftragsannahme
  • Terminierung und Verteilung der Aufträge an die Monteure / Einsatzplanung
  • Koordinierung und Bearbeitung der Aufträge im Servicebereich
  • Materialbestellungen
  • schriftliche Korrespondenz, E-Mail-Kommunikation
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • einschlägige kaufmännische Erfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im SHK Handwerk wünschenswert bzw. die Motivation sich umzuorientieren und Kenntnisse zeitnah anzueignen
  • PC / MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Wir bieten:
