Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für eine kaufmännische Vollzeitstelle in unserer Kfz-Werkstatt. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und bietet die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in einem dynamischen und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmen einzubringen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen:

  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Reparaturaufträgen und Verkäufen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Rechnungen und anderen Geschäftsdokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen, Lagerbeständen und Einkäufen
  • Mitwirkung an der Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Durchführung von Buchhaltungs- und Controllingaufgaben

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau)
  • Erfahrung in der Kfz-Branche oder eine ähnlichen Branche ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Controlling und kaufmännischem Rechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung mit Bürosoftware (z.B. MS Office) und ggf. spezifischer Branchensoftware
