  • Für unsere Niederlassung in Erfurt suchen wir Sie als kaufm. Mitarbeiter (m/w/d):

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Bearbeitung und Terminierung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellen von Liefer- und Retourenunterlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Qualitätsanforderungen der Mandanten anhand vorgegebener Faktoren
  • keine Reisetätigkeit

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • für motivierte Quereinsteiger bestens geeignet ebenso für Berufsrückkehrer
  • Grundkenntnisse der Microsoft Office Produkte, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • ganzheitliches Denken
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
