Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine kaufmännische Fachkraft mit Dispositions-Kenntnissen, die bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Ihre Aufgaben bestehen u.a. darin:

  • Telefongespräche anzunehmen und weiter zu verarbeiten für die Disposition-Fahrtenvermittlung.
  • Abrechnungen mit Krankenkassen und Privatrechnungen zu erfassen.
  • Abrechnungen der Fahrer bearbeiten in die EDV.

Sie sollten gute Kenntnisse in der EDV haben.

Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeit-Stelle, die aber auch teilzeitgeeignet ist (dann mind. 20 Wochenstunden). Stundenanzahl und Lage und Verteilung der Arbeitszeit nach Absprache mit dem Arbeitgeber (z.B. ist auch eine 4-Tage-Woche möglich)
