Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für unseren Kundenservice in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit oder Minijob-Basis Die Stelle ist vorerst befristet auf 12 Monate, eine anschließende Übernahme ist bei entsprechender Eignung vorgesehen.

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Koordination von Kundenterminen und Unterstützung der Arbeitsdisposition
  • Übernahme weiterer verwaltungsinterner Tätigkeiten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Einsatzfreude
  • Ausgeprägte Qualitäts- und Kundenorientierung
  • Callcenter Erfahrung erwünscht
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung von Vorteil
