Wir sind ein in Geestland (Sievern), nahe Bremerhaven, ansässiger Fachbetrieb für Sanierung von Wasser- und Feuerschäden.

  • Per sofort suchen wir dringend tatkräftige Unterstützung für unser Büro-Team.
  • Über die Verteilung der Arbeitszeit können wir sehr gerne sprechen.

Als Teil unseres Büroteams unterstützen Sie im Wesentlichen bei folgenden Aufgaben:

  • telefonische Aufnahme von Schadensmeldungen
  • Koordinierung von Terminen
  • Angebots- und Rechnungserstellung
  • allgemeine Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • interner und externer Schriftverkehr
  • Postein- und -ausgang
  • Ablage

Sie bringen mit:

  • gerne Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich
  • Organisationstalent
  • sichere EDV-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team

Wir haben eine 4-Tage-Woche! Der Arbeitszeitrahmen wäre von 7:30 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr.

Aufgrund der schlechten Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ein Führerschein sowie ein eigenes Fahrzeug nötig.
