Zur Unterstützung suchen wir für unser Büro in Wermsdorf eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d).
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Vorbereitende Buchhaltung für unsere Filialen (Zuarbeit für unser Steuerbüro)
- Rechnungsprüfung, Fristenbeachtung
- Führung Kassenbuch
- Führung Arbeitszeitkonten der Beschäftigten
- Anwendung Programm DATEV
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Kenntnisse/Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- idealerweise Vorkenntnisse im Handwerksbetrieb und DATEV
Wir bieten:
- familienfreundliche, flexible Arbeitszeit, 20 Stunden / Woche
- Vergütung 16,00 € /Stunde
