  • Wir sind die Royalking Sanitary Ware Deutschland GmbH – ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Castrop-Rauxel (NRW), das seit 2003 hochwertige Badezimmerprodukte produziert und vertreibt. Mit eigener Fertigung in der Türkei, unserem Webshop badtraum24.de und direkten Herstellerbeziehungen haben wir uns als einer der Pioniere im deutschen Online-Badezimmerhandel etabliert.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Produktangeboten auf nationalen und internationalen Online-Marktplätzen – inklusive Texte, Stammdaten und Bildvorgaben
  • Koordination eingehender Aufträge und enge Abstimmung mit dem Lagerteam
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen – lösungsorientiert und verbindlich
  • Laufende Beobachtung und Verbesserung unserer Performance auf den Verkaufskanälen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Produktdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – Quereinsteiger mit nachweislicher E-Commerce-Erfahrung willkommen
  • Erfahrung mit Online-Marktplätzen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Kundenkontakt – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
