Die Baugeschäft Schnabel GmbH ist ein Handwerksunternehmen mit Sitz in Schkopau OT Lochau. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige und engagierte Bürokauffrau / einen Bürokaufmann (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und telefonischen Anfragen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ablage und Pflege von Geschäftsunterlagen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitern
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrungen im Baugewerbe sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
