- Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für Kundenanliegen
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- Organisation des Büroalltags wie zum Beispiel Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Terminkoordination, Postbearbeitung, Angebots- und Rechnungsversand,
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bzgl. Aufträgen, Angeboten, Rechnungen und Verträgen
- Datenerfassung
- Projektmanagement
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen
- Ihr Profil:
- Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
