Die BAS Unternehmensberatung & Buchhaltungsbüro GmbH betreut Unternehmen aller Branchen in Buchhaltung, Lohnabrechnung und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen. Damit unser Fachteam sich auf die Mandantenarbeit konzentrieren kann, suchen wir für unser Büro in Duisburg ab sofort eine/n Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für Mandanten und Interessenten am Telefon, per E-Mail und vor Ort

Organisation des Posteingangs, Scannen und Zuordnen von Unterlagen im DATEV DMS

Terminplanung und Fristenüberwachung für Geschäftsführung und Team

Anlage und Pflege von Mandantenstammdaten

Schriftverkehr, Erstellung von Angeboten, Honorarvereinbarungen und Rechnungen

Zahlungsüberwachung und Mahnwesen

Nachhalten fehlender Belege und Unterlagen bei Mandanten

Unterstützung bei Büroorganisation, Materialbestellung und internen Abläufen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung

Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel); DATEV-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten am Telefon und gegenüber Mandanten

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Türkisch oder Englisch ist ein Plus
