Wir suchen ab dem 01.11.26 eine/n Kaufmann/-frau für Disposition, Abrechnung und Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) für unser Büro in Frankenberg (Eder)

  • Vollzeit (40 Stunden) oder Teilzeit min. 25 Stunden, flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Homeoffice/Mobiles Arbeiten möglich

Anforderungen: 

  • Microsoft Office-Programme, EMOS - Entsorgersoftware
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstbewusstes, freundliches Auftreten, flexibel und vielseitig einsetzbar, sorgfältig und zielstrebig, teamfähig
  • Kenntnisse in Entsorgungs- und/oder Speditions- bzw. Logistikbranche von Vorteil
  • eine abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung

Aufgaben:

  • Disposition und Organisation von Entsorgungsaufträgen – Abstimmung mit Abfallerzeugern, Logistikern und Entsorgungsanlagen
  • Prüfung der Eingangsrechnungen, Erfassung und Weiterberechnung
  • Unterstützung Vertrieb
