Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen/e engagierten/e

## Kaufmann/frau (m/w/d) im Groß – und Außenhandel (Import)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Dokumentenabwicklung für weltweite Importe
  • Überwachung / Planung der Verschiffungen
  • Verzollung / Ein- und Auslagerungen
  • Administration und Disposition mit dem Lager
  • Kundenseitige Terminüberwachung der Lieferungen
  • Organisation / Durchführung der Lieferaufträge im In- und Ausland
  • Rechnungserstellung / Rechnungsprüfung eingehend/ausgehend
  • Allgemeine, administrative Tätigkeiten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Sie haben idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gesammelt
  • Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Word und Schrift
  • Routinierter Umgang mit EDV (MS-Office) und Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Sie setzten Ihre kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise im Arbeitsalltag um
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, systematisch und ergebnisorientiert
  • Sie sind teamfähig und belastbar
