  • Verstärkung gesucht: Kaufmann/ Kauffrau im E-Commerce (m/w/d)
  • Standort: Verwaltung in Südbrookmerland
  • Start: Ab sofort
  • ⏳ Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Produktanlage und Produktpflege im eigenen Shop und Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Onlineshop technisch und operativ betreuen
  • Analyse von Verkaufszahlen, Conversion-Rates und Nutzerverhalten zur Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Newsletter-Marketing betreuen
  • Betreuung der Kundenkommunikation über digitale Kanäle: Beratung, Reklamationsbearbeitung, After-Sales
  • Retourenbearbeitung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Marketing, IT, Logistik) sowie externen Dienstleistern

Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Shop-Systemen (vorzugsweise Shopify) und digitalen Tools
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Google Analytics oder anderen Analyse-Tools
  • Verständnis für digitale Vertriebsprozesse, Nutzerverhalten und Conversion-Optimierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Online-Affinität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Kundenorientierung
  • Vorkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
