IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)

Als unabhängige Systemberatung betreuen wir seit mehr als 20 Jahren Firmenkunden in den Bereichen EDV und Telekommunikation. In Kooperation mit unseren Kunden erstellen wir individuelle Bedarfs- und Kostenanalysen zur sinnvollen und zukunftsorientierten Optimierung der IT- und Telekommunikationssysteme.

Zur Unterstützung unsres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau in Vollzeit.

  • Das ist der Job
  • Kalkulieren und Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Entwurf von Informations- und Kommunikationssystemen
  • Erstellen von Basiskonfigurationen für Server und Storagelösungen
  • Überwachung des gesamten Salescycle der Projekte, von Angebotserstellung bis zur Auslieferung der Waren
  • Zielgruppenspezifisches Beraten von Kunden bei der Anschaffung von IT-Produkten
  • Einweisen von Kunden in die Benutzung neuer Systeme
  • Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
  • Analyse von Informations- und Kommunikationsanforderungen
  • Projektplanung, -durchführung und -überwachung
  • Marktbeobachtung bei Hard- und Software
  • Was wir erwarten
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen, vorzugsweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung

Hohe technische Affinität

Offene Kommunikation, freundlicher und kompetenter Umgang mit Kunden

Kreativität und eigenständiges Handeln

Selbstständige lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Fließend Deutsch

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
