Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) Dialogmanagement, CCA Inbound

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement im In- und Outbound, ggf. Chat
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von telefonisch und schriftlich erteilten Anfragen nach Arbeitsanweisung
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Vorgängen/Telefonaten an zuständige Fachabteilung / Schnittstelle
  • Produktberatung und Einleitung von Folgeprozessen
  • Nutzung von diversen Informations- und CRM-Datenbanken des Kundenkontaktmanagements

Ihr Profil

  • kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Einfühlungsvermögen, Telefonerfahrung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von CRM-Datenbanken von Vorteil
  • Arbeitszeit: die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 3 Schichten auch am Wochenende wird vorausgesetzt.
