  • suchen wir zum Jahreswechsel einen Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) Seefracht Import

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Vollständige Bearbeitung der Importaufträge vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung
  • Internationale Kundenkommunikation und -betreuung
  • Offertenerstellung für Ad-hoc-Anfragen
  • Zollabwicklung von Seefrachtimportsendungen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten operativen, logistischen Abläufe sowie deren Qualität
  • Bestandsprüfung und -überwachung
  • Wahl des geeigneten Reeders
  • Erstellung der benötigten Papiere
  • Erstellen und Sicherstellen der Nachverfolgung der SOP der Kunden
  • Tarifeinkauf und Verhandlung mit Dienstleistern
  • Tracking & Tracing

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann/-frau
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Import
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office sowie einem TMS System
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
