Unser Kunde ist ein Logistikdienstleister im Süden von Wien und sucht eine:n Disponent:in.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben zählen die eigenständige Disposition von Transportaufträgen sowie die laufende Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen, um eine termingerechte und reibungslose Auslieferung der Waren sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für die Transportdisposition in Ihrem Einsatzbereich (nationale sowie internationale Transporte)

Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Touren unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und ökologischer Aspekte

Termingerechte Auslieferungen sicherstellen und Abläufe aktiv steuern

Übernahme des Transportmanagements des Eigenfuhrparks

Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben garantieren sowie Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Fahr- und Ruhezeiten

Ausgehende Verkehre und Sondertransporte koordinieren

Administrative Aufgaben effizient erledigen

Eng mit Kunden und Lieferanten kommunizieren, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten

Proaktive Problemlösung bei Abweichungen und auftretenden Herausforderungen entlang der Transportkette

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau von klarem Vorteil

Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise & hohe Teamorientierung

Kommunikationsstärke

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Verantwortungsbewusste und Selbständige Persönlichkeit
