### Stellenbeschreibung: Zollmanagement, Verbrauchsteuerlager, Preiskalkulation und Datenpflege

Zollmanagement

  • Überwachung der Import- und Exportvorgänge inkl. Einhaltung zollrechtlicher Vorschriften.
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Zoll- und Transportdokumenten (u. a. Ausfuhranmeldungen, Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen).
  • Durchführung von Importverzollungen und Exportkontrollen mit Dakosy Zodiak GE.
  • Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden, Speditionen und internen Abteilungen.
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Zoll
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zoll-Prüfungen

Verbrauchsteuerlagerverwaltung

  • Führung des Steuerlagers gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben, inkl. Ein-/Auslagerung und Dokumentation im EMCS-System.
  • Berechnung, Anmeldung und Überwachung der Verbrauchsteuern. (monatlich und jährlich)
  • Abstimmung mit Behörden und Sicherstellung von Lizenzen und Bewilligungen.
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Steuer-Prüfungen

Preiskalkulation

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Preiskalkulationen unter Berücksichtigung von Einkaufspreisen, Zusatzkosten, Steuern und Margen.
  • Verwaltung und Anpassung von über Artikelpreisen im Warenwirtschaftssystem (Sage).
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale und anderen Teams zur Umsetzung von Preisänderungen.

Datenpflege

  • Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität von Artikeln, Preisen.
  • Abgleich von Systemdaten mit Onlineplattformen und Erstellung gesetzlicher Meldungen (z. B. Intrastat).
  • Verwaltung von Artikelstammdaten, Zolltarifnummern und Gebindeänderungen.
