###### Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder Bürokaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)

###### in Vollzeit unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und Transportdienstleistern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Zollabfertigungen (Im-/Export)
  • Erstellen von Versandpapieren und Fahrerabfertigung
  • Kompetente Zusammenarbeit mit den Zollbehörden
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • eine ausführliche Einarbeitung ist gewährleistet

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch Quereinstieg aus einem artverwandten kaufmännischen Beruf wie Handel oder Verkauf .
  • Sprachkenntnisse in *Türkisch und Englisch von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend*

Stelleninformation:

  • Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • 40 Wochenstunden, bei Teilzeit ca. 25 bis 30 Wochenstunden - Arbeitszeit nach Absprache
  • Arbeitszeiten von 06:00 - 14:00Uhr & 13:00-20:00Uhr (wöchentlicher Wechsel) - es besteht auch die Möglichkeit nur vormittags zu arbeiten bei Teilzeit
  • Jeden 2.Samstag (vormittags)

Wir bieten:

  • Urlaubs und Weihnachtsgeld, daher insgesamt 14 volle Gehälter
  • aufgrund der wechselnden Arbeitszeit erhält eine Vollzeitkraft 200,-€ und eine Teilzeitkraft 100,- € monatlich als Schichtzulage 
  • leistungsgerechte, faire Bezahlung - nach Absprache und Qualifikation
  • Betriebsfeste wie gemeinsame Weihnachtsfeier und Sommernachtsfest
