Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Schriftverkehr und Telefonaten
  • Abwicklung von Zoll- und Exportdokumenten
  • Rechnungsstellung und Datenpflege
  • Organisation von Terminen und Abläufen

Sie für uns:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) )
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportbereich wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
