Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Bretten
  • Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden zu IT-Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Softwarelizenzen
  • Unterstützung im technischen Support sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Ihre Kenntnisse:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Spaß am Kundenkontakt & digitale Affinität
  • Gute MS Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch von Vorteil)
