Die Akronis Personalmanagement GmbH sucht im Auftrag unseres Kunden am Standort Essen einen engagierten Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • -
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Reklamations-, Retouren- und Lieferprozessen
  • -
  • Unterstützung bei Zollabwicklungen sowie Lieferanten- und Lagerprozessen
  • -
  • Planung, Analyse und Überwachung internationaler Transportströme
  • -
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Warenbelieferung
  • -
  • Überwachung von Frachtbewegungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • -
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Transportkennzahlen und Reports
  • -
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, Logistikdienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • -
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Transport- und Logistikprozesse
  • Ihr Profil
  • -
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d)
  • -
  • Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Logistik und Transportabwicklung
  • -
  • Gute Kenntnisse internationaler Versandprozesse und Incoterms
  • -
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Lieferketten
  • -
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP und/oder Transportmanagementsystemen
  • -
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • -
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

  • Vollzeitbeschäftigung: 40 Stunden pro Woche

  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, flexible Tagschicht im Zeitrahmen von 08:30 bis 17:00 Uhr

  • Vergütung: Eingruppierung in EG 5 nach IG-Metall-Tarif
  • -
  • Einsatzdauer: zunächst 4–6 Monate

  • Sehr gute Übernahmeoption: Eine langfristige Übernahme durch unseren Kunden ist ausdrücklich vorgesehen
