Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d) als Sachbearbeiter Retouren und Schadenregulierung

  • Das erwartet Sie:
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Annahmeverweigerungen
  • Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Erfassung von Retouren
  • Bearbeitung der Schadenfälle
  • Pflege und Auswertung von Daten zu Schadenfällen, wie z.B. Gründe, Verursacher und betroffene Artikel
  • Berechnung der Schäden an Logistikdienstleister
  • Kommunikation der Lieferhemmnisse mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Spediteur

  • Sie bringen mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
