Zur Unterstützung unseres Führungsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und motivierte stellvertretende Marktleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Marktsteuerung: Sie führen den Markt bei Abwesenheit der Marktleitung eigenständig.
  • Teamführung: Sie motivieren und koordinieren das Marktteam.
  • Warenmanagement: Sie steuern den Wareneingang, Bestellungen und die Warenbestände.
  • Präsentation: Sie sorgen für eine attraktive Warenpräsentation und saubere Verkaufsflächen.
  • Kassiertätigkeit: Sie unterstützen bei Bedarf an der Kasse und führen Kassenabrechnungen durch.
  • Kundenservice: Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenwünsche und Reklamationen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel (z. B. Kaufmann im Einzelhandel).
  • Erfahrung: Erste Führungserfahrung oder fundierte Praxis im Getränke-/Lebensmittelbereich.
  • Organisation: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken.
  • Mentalität: Packende "Hands-on"-Mentalität und hohe körperliche Belastbarkeit für den Alltag im Getränkemarkt.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in flexiblen Schichten im Rahmen der Öffnungszeiten.
  • Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein freundliches Auftreten.
