Für unseren Getränkemarkt im Marktkauf Hesse suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und zuverlässige Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Abteilungsleitung übernimmst du Verantwortung für unseren Getränkemarkt und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

  • Organisation und Führung des Getränkemarktes
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung
  • Warenbestellung und Warenverfügbarkeit
  • ansprechende verkaufsfördernde Warenpräsentation
  • Kontrolle von Beständen, Preisen und Aktionen
  • kompetente und freundliche Beratung von Kunden

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast Freude am Handel, arbeitest gerne im Team und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mal mehr los ist. Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel oder in einer Vergleichbaren Position mit.

Wichtig sind uns Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und ein freundlichen Auftreten.
