## Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Koordination und Überwachung der termingerechten Abholung und Zustellung von Waren
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Transport- und Versanddokumenten
- Einholung und Vergleich von Frachtangeboten
- Beauftragung und Koordination von Frachtführern und weiteren Dienstleistern
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern, Speditionen, Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern
- Überwachung laufender Transporte und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen oder Verzögerungen
- Erfassung und Pflege von Auftrags- und Transportdaten im Speditions- bzw. ERP-System
- Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung bzw. Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Transportschäden
- Kontrolle und Ablage von Ablieferbelegen und weiteren Transportnachweisen
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie interner Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
## Fachliche Anforderungen
- Kenntnisse in der Transport- und Logistikbranche
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Speditions- oder ERP-Software
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
